Shipping Information

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We offer our customers the very best shipping service so you will receive your items in a timely and safer manner.

All items are fulfilled from our warehouse. They will be safely packed and packaged to ensure your items delivered in pristine condition. 

Free Shipping: 15-21 Business Days (Available Worldwide)

FedEx: 5-10 business days (Only available for the US, Europe, Australia and Canada

Where is My Order?

As soon as your order has been shipped our warehouse will receive an email with shipping information.  

Track your order: 

Click on the tab "Track Your Order" at the top of our website and enter your order number (#xxxx) and the email address you used when placing the order.

Free Shipping & Import Fee?

We offer free shipping worldwide, however, we do not pay for any import fees that may occur in your country.

What if My Address is Incorrect?

If the package is being returned to us due to incorrect address we subject to a 8.00 fee.

Returns And Exchanges

How Do I Return my Order or Get a Refund?

Returns

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts 14 days after arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • 1.0 - If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.
  • 1.1 - After the order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order. 
  • 1.2 - In the event that the product arrives damaged or are not functioning, contact us directly on support@pocketshine.com. 
  • 1.3 -You are subject to a 8.00 fee if the package is being returned due to incorrect address or if it haven't been picked up.

If return of item is neccessary it is the customer who pay for the shipping (With Tracking).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The process after we have received the return takes approximately 3-5 days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I Change Information On my Order?

We can only do changes to your order as long as your order hasn't gone to long in the process or  has been shipped.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel your order you can send us an email to support@pocketshine.com and we will cancel it for you.

If your order has gone to the long in the process or already been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order and get a refund. 

It Says My order Has Been Delivered?

It States That My Order Has Been Delivered?

If you get a message saying your order has been delivered but there is nothing in your mailbox, then your package most likely has been delivered to your local post office.

Please contact your local Post Office and give them your tracking number. 

They will be able to help you further.
